Differences are not that high and still not that low. Players that has only Talgath acce can still fight with players that has Ruler and Bezemut acce.
Ruler and Beze will random drop ONLY ONE box, meaning, Ruler can drop any of those eight(8) acce, and so as Beze.

NEW PVP REWARD SYSTEM (BETA) (TO BE ADD)
o Reach your first 300 PVP kills and gain 500 RPS
o After reaching the 500 kill mark, player can now accumulate RPS via kill point. 1 PVP kill = 1 RPS. Note that there’s a limit to killing the same character, so repeatedly killing the same player will not give you unlimited points.
o Events like DOUBLE YOUR KILL time will be announce by GM. For example, from 8pm to 10pm, Kill points will be double.
o TOP 20 players will also be announced every week (Computation will be a factor of those with the most number of kills, with the least number of deaths, day-to-day PVP presence, and the most number of hours online)
o TOP OF THE CLASS will also be announced. A computation will be made such that we will be able to choose a winning player per class. This is a combination of multiple factors like PVP points, kills, deaths, online duration, PVP participation count. He / She will receive a unique The 7-day costume.
