- reduce broken ground damage from 525% to 325%
- reduce giant shift damage from 450% to 250%
- increase double psychic phantom and pyschic phantom from 800% to 1500%
- increase judgement skill cooldown from 3secs to 10
- increase wide fore foot swing in excel from 350% to 500%
- increase blue defense from 900 to 4k damage -DS
- increase crit immune from 1400 to 6k damage -DS
- fix brandish weapon chance from 5% to 50%   Set reduce damage nearby to 0% , increase defense by  50%
